On Saturday, August 30, 2025, meleap Inc. held a HADO experience event as part of GIGA Festival 2025 at Kawanoe Elementary School in Shikokuchūō City, Ehime Prefecture. The festival, targeted at elementary and junior high students, blended digital technology and learning through workshops like HADO experiences and a programming contest.

The event is linked with Japan’s “GIGA School Initiative,” which aims to provide each student with a learning device and promote learning that is more personalized, interactive, and deeper. HADO served as a practical example of this vision, offering.

Feedback from Shuhei Nishimoto, teacher at Kawanoe Elementary, included how HADO allows students who are less athletic or hesitant about sports to participate with enjoyment. It also fostered interaction and improved classroom relationships, and supported returning to school for some students less inclined to attend.
