The initiative was featured in the local newspaper.

HADO is a 3-on-3 competitive AR sport in which players generate digital energy balls and shields and battle through strategy and teamwork. Even students who are not confident in physical activities can become the hero of the game with the right strategy.

The trial classes were conducted across multiple grade levels, where students discussed tactics within their teams and pursued victory through collaboration.

Mr. Yuu Wakamatsu, the teacher leading the initiative, shared:

“We introduced HADO with the goal of creating PE classes where anyone can shine. Different students take the lead in every match, and everyone is truly enjoying it.”

HADO will continue to support innovative and inclusive PE environments and promote its adoption in educational settings across Japan and beyond.

About HADO

HADO is a next-generation augmented reality (AR) sport where players wear a head-mounted display and arm sensor to launch digital energy balls and deploy shields using physical movements. Combining real-world physical movement with digital strategy, HADO creates completely new athletic experiences and social interactions.
