The HADO 2021 Spring Season kicked off techno sports for the year on Sunday, January 24, 2021! Each tournament this year is spectator-free as part of comprehensive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
SRPING SEASON Tournament Qualification Requirements
The HADO 2021 Spring Season hosts four different types of tournaments—Rookies Cups, Advance Cups, Masters Cups and the HADO SPRING CUP championship. Each has the following qualification requirements:

MASTERS CUP:Top 16 Teams in the Japan HADO Rankings
ADVANCE CUP:9th to 24th-ranked Teams in the Japan HADO Rankings
ROOKIES CUP:Official and non-official teams ranked top 16 in the Japan HADO Rankings
HADO SPRING CUP: All official and non-official HADO teams

SPRING CUP 2021 Overview
The HADO SPRING CUP 2021 is the first grand slam tournament of the year. This battle of the top 16 will kick off on April 24 and April 25, 2021.
Unlike previous grand slam tournaments, HADO SPRING CUP 2021 gives all official and unofficial HADO teams a chance to qualify. Everyone in techno sports can now battle it out from the first-day qualifier to the championship match. The only question is who will prevail as the Spring HADO Japan Champion. Any team who satisfies the qualification requirement below earns a spot in the championship tournament.

– Top 4 teams in the Japan HADO Rankings on the last day of update before the tournament
The HADO SPRING CUP 2021 will also host an open 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 tournament. This year’s championship aims to be the largest ever with a historic player turnout. Check in regularly to stay up to date on details about every aspect of the event.
Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
HADO events will adhere strictly to the following rules to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
– Always wash and disinfect your hands as well as gargle before entering the venue.
– Refrain from playing if you show any cold symptoms, such as fever (37.5°C/99.5°F or higher), fatigue, or difficulty breathing.
– Always wear a mask to prevent the spread of the droplet infection.
– Minimize talking and shouting as much as possible
– Avoid close contact with others by adhering to social distancing during down times.
– Do not share head-mounted displays, cases, armband sensors or other equipment in direct contact with the body.
– Always disinfect your hands when touching devices if alternating players.
